Rental Process

1. Contact Us to Confirm Availability

Before booking an event, please contact us to confirm that your preferred date is available. Our Event Coordinator, Michael Cooper, will review the calendar with you and answer any questions about availability, pricing, or rental policies. Our rental price sheet is available here, and any questions can be discussed during this step.

2. Receive Contract and Booking Information

Once your preferred date and event details are confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement. This packet includes the rental contract, facility guidelines, and other information to help you plan your event at Thomas Persons Hall.

3. Submit Signed Contract and Deposit

To officially reserve your date, return the signed rental agreement and submit the required deposit. A 50% security deposit is required at the time of booking and may be paid online using the button below or by check in person. Any unused portion will be returned after the event.
